Pastoral Residency
Village Missions pairs a new missionary couple with veteran Village Missionaries, who give them opportunities for guided, hands-on ministry experience in the church and the community. Through the year-long residency, new missionaries develop skills for preaching, teaching, visitation, conducting funerals and weddings, board leadership, and many other aspects of ministry. They experience different seasons of the church calendar and of ministry, too.
The cost to VM for a couple is about $110 a day, and for a family of four, $130 a day.
