While teaching school in a small mill town in Northern CA, we were discipled by Village Missionary, Elmer Smith. From that experience we trained for ministry. While in seminary we interned under Village Missionary Rol Burg.
After seminary in 1976, we took our first field in Lakehead, CA. We served other fields in Kansas, Oregon and Washington. After 22 years of field service, we became District Reps for the Northwest District until retirement in 2013.
Since then we have been preaching, teaching and pastoring as opportunities are given to us.

Village Missions exists to glorify Jesus Christ by developing spiritually vital country churches in rural North America. We fulfill this aim by placing pastors in small town and rural churches that might otherwise have to close, and in doing so, preserve the Gospel presence in over 220 communities across the United States and Canada.
