God directed our hearts to Bible college in 1977, we presumed, serve Him as overseas missionaries. While in college we were encouraged by former Village missionary and Area Representative, Paul Cochran, to seriously consider ministering to rural America through Village Missions. God made it plain that was why we were in school.

In 1982 we began serving in Plummer, Idaho. In 2003 we transitioned to the VM field in Rancho Tehama, California. We retired in 2013.

We were, and still are in retirement, grateful for how God provided for us through generous donors who support Village Missions, and us through them.
Village Missions exists to glorify Jesus Christ by developing spiritually vital country churches in rural North America. We fulfill this aim by placing pastors in small town and rural churches that might otherwise have to close, and in doing so, preserve the Gospel presence in over 220 communities across the United States and Canada.
