John and Kathy Mulvihill
Before joining Village Missions, John and Kathy had served in pastorates of a number of churches in the Midwest and Central Southern states. John had also served as a prison chaplain and as an interim pastor.
Being in good health and not ready to retire, John became aware of the need for rural pastors with Village Missions. God opened the door to serve in Meadview, AZ. They served there from 2012-2018. They had the privilege of seeing the church grow, of hearts being touched, and souls being saved.
After retiring, they agreed to serve as associate missionaries in Sandy Valley, NV. They shepherded the church there from 2023-2025. Now they are serving in Overton, part of Moapa Valley, NV.

Village Missions exists to glorify Jesus Christ by developing spiritually vital country churches in rural North America. We fulfill this aim by placing pastors in small town and rural churches that might otherwise have to close, and in doing so, preserve the Gospel presence in over 210 communities across the United States and Canada.
