Wayne and Ruth Mick
Ruth and I became Village Missionaries in June 1974. We served Willow Creek, CA, for 11 years, then went to Lenwood, CA, for 8 years. After that we served in Azalea, OR, for 10 years. Then the Mission asked to to become District Reps for the Mountain-Central District. We served over 35 fields in a 5 state area for 5 1/2 years. After that we returned to Azalea, where we retired after 5 years. We have developed many friendships and seen some lives changed over the years.
Now we are serving as Associate Missionaries, ministering at churches that are waiting for a full-time Village Missions pastor.

Village Missions exists to glorify Jesus Christ by developing spiritually vital country churches in rural North America. We fulfill this aim by placing pastors in small town and rural churches that might otherwise have to close, and in doing so, preserve the Gospel presence in over 210 communities across the United States and Canada.
