God used a mid-life crisis diagnosis of cancer to make Jeff realize that time on earth is short and that he needed to make any remaining time count for God. Jeff enrolled in Bible College, and he met Troy Ann on the first day there. Then he went to seminary.
Sunday became his favorite day of the week, meeting with God's people and sharing God's Word in a lay capacity. After surgery and a cancer-free prognosis, God used Associate Village Missionary Cloyse Drake and a men's retreat to direct Jeff and Troy to a place of service with Village Missions.
Jeff knew that Village Missions was the right fit, allowing him to share the good news about Jesus Christ with people who live in a rural area.
Jeff and Troy Ann served the rural community of Broadbent, Oregon, from 2008-2020.
