Cindy Cole
Cindy was raised in a Village Missionary family. Marty came to Christ as a young adult and was mentored in an adult Sunday School that became a VM field (1980). We met at Bible school and were married in 1982. He followed a "call" to ministry at Cannon Beach, OR, in ‘91, and then returned to school to complete his Bible education.
We entered our first field -- Friant, California -- in August 1992. After that, we served in three other communities before moving to Ocean Park, Washington, in 2000. In that coastal community, Marty helped run Men of the Cross ministry and was chaplain for Washington's Naselle Youth Camp and the local EMS.
Marty went home to his Savior in 2025.

Village Missions exists to glorify Jesus Christ by developing spiritually vital country churches in rural North America. We fulfill this aim by placing pastors in small town and rural churches that might otherwise have to close, and in doing so, preserve the Gospel presence in over 210 communities across the United States and Canada.
