Knowing that God wanted them to serve Him full time they were very excited to hear about Village Mission. After attending candidate school and talking with retired District Representatives Ed and Susan Gillard they knew that Village Missions was where God wanted them. They felt the gifts and experiences God had given them were preparing them to minister to people in rural America. Howard and Nancy served with Village Missions for twenty years at the Moxie Community church in Wyalusing, PA. During that time they had the privilege of seeing people come to Christ and grow in their knowledge of Him. They both count it a tremendous privilege to have been in the mission until their retirement.
After they retired, they had the privilege of being associate missionaries at the Bloggett Mills church in Bloggett Mills, NY, for a year and a half.

Village Missions exists to glorify Jesus Christ by developing spiritually vital country churches in rural North America. We fulfill this aim by placing pastors in small town and rural churches that might otherwise have to close, and in doing so, preserve the Gospel presence in over 210 communities across the United States and Canada.
