Dr Michael and Shelly Willis
Michael retired from the Air Force in 2023 after serving 36 years. Shelly is currently working as a Travel Advisor. Since 2020, they have been traveling the country full time in their RV spreading the Gospel. On their travels around the country, they have had the opportunity to visit many small churches.
Michael has a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Counseling, and Shelly holds a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Counseling.
They have been affiliated with Village Missions since 2025 as Associate Missionaries. They have a heart for missions, discipleship, and helping keep small rural churches alive.
In September 2025, they started serving in Ocean Park, Washington.

Village Missions exists to glorify Jesus Christ by developing spiritually vital country churches in rural North America. We fulfill this aim by placing pastors in small town and rural churches that might otherwise have to close, and in doing so, preserve the Gospel presence in over 210 communities across the United States and Canada.
