Sam and Rachel Whittaker
Sam and Rachel met at Grace Bible College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and both graduated from there. Beginning in 2004, they ministered at churches in Michigan and Washington. In 2013, they joined Village Missions and began a fresh phase of their ministry in the state of Oregon.
In 2017, they moved to Mohawk, Oregon, to serve Mohawk Community Church. God has granted them almost a decade and a half of experience together in multiple areas of small church ministries, empowering them to meet various needs and develop vision for church health.

Village Missions exists to glorify Jesus Christ by developing spiritually vital country churches in rural North America. We fulfill this aim by placing pastors in small town and rural churches that might otherwise have to close, and in doing so, preserve the Gospel presence in over 220 communities across the United States and Canada.
