Andy and Kristi Smart
Andy began ministry in 1994 as a bi-vocational pastor of a small church in downtown Kansas City. Kristi served as a youth minister in Kansas City.
After they married, they went to Malaysia as missionaries and served as associate pastor in an English-speaking Chinese church. They returned to the US, and Andy pastored a rural church in Missouri for nine years. Beginning in 2009, Andy and Kristi served in South Asia training local leaders to be pastors.
They joined Village Missions in 2022. They are excited to combine their missionary and pastoral experience to serve a rural community in the US.
Their first VM field was Mingo, Kansas. Now they are serving in Wetmore, Colorado.
