JD and Katie Milton
JD and Katie both grew up in the rural South. Feeling called to serve Christ in the ministry, they moved to Wake Forest, NC, for JD to begin seminary in 2013. While there, they felt burdened by the need for committed, intentional ministry in small churches and towns across the country. With this passion for church revitalization, they began to search for ways to serve.
When they heard about Village Missions, they were beyond excited to have found an organization that had been revitalizing country churches for over 70 years. They were accepted as Village Missionaries in the spring of 2018 and were placed at West Hoosick Church in Buskirk, NY (formerly West Hoosick Baptist Church).
