Donald and Gaylene Manning
Don and Gaylene Manning met in college while both attended different churches served by Village Missions. Don served for 22 years in the National Guard and 24 years in local law enforcement. Don and Gaylene were called to serve as a ministry couple in 2014 and moved to La Pine, Oregon, to pastor the community church there.
They are involved in numerous ministry opportunities that include serving as a chaplain for a veteran's service group, teaching at Good News Clubs, and hosting alcohol recovery meetings in the church. Don also coaches at the high school and facilitates a Contenders Discipleship Initiative class, while Gaylene leads a weekly women's Bible Study.
