Our heart and desire are to connect the transforming power of God as we link lives through the fellowship of Jesus Christ.
Cheri and I have been in the ministry for over 21 years. I served as Associate Pastor in a church plant in Texas. We were then called to plant and build a church in Alaska, where I served as a bi-vocational pastor for 15 years.
After we retired, some Village Missionary friends remarked that Village Missions would be a great fit for us! They knew we had developed a heart for rural churches. Their words were a definite nudge from God and ignited our desire to serve in rural America where many churches can’t find pastors to preach the Word and love the people. As we learned and prayed about Village Missions, we felt led to partner with them.
Cheri and I have been married for 27 years and raised four sons and one daughter.
