Paul and Leslie Lanquist
After a long career as an illustrator and part-time farmer, Paul felt the call of God to become a pastor. As Paul and Leslie explored possibilities to serve, we realized that Village Missions is a perfect fit to blend our love for God and our desire to serve His people.
Through the years, both of us have served in a variety of lay ministries in the churches we attended. In preparation to serve with Village Missions, we completed the Contenders Discipleship Initiative program.
We started serving in Tanwax, Washington, in June 2023.
We invite you to join us in fulfilling Village Missions’ vision of keeping small country churches open and thriving. May the blessing of God fill your life.

Village Missions exists to glorify Jesus Christ by developing spiritually vital country churches in rural North America. We fulfill this aim by placing pastors in small town and rural churches that might otherwise have to close, and in doing so, preserve the Gospel presence in over 210 communities across the United States and Canada.
