Jasen and Jackie Hansen
Jasen and Jackie felt the call to go to Bible college as adults, both feeling the conviction to serve the Lord. It was while they were there that they met, fell in love, and were married. It was also there that they felt the call to rural missions and specifically to serve with the Village Missions family. However, after prayerful consideration, they felt they weren't prepared and did not yet meet the scriptural requirements to be pastor and wife.
Over the next 8 years, God worked in them, growing them in Christ and giving them opportunities to serve in their church and community. Then the Lord put Village Missions back on their heart.
They feel blessed to serve alongside the wonderful people at the San de Fuca Community Chapel in San de Fuca, WA, sharing the Word and love of God.
