Wayne and Joy saw the neglect of rural churches and joined Village Missions in 2005. They were sent to Ontario, where for 12 years they served a country church that depended on monthly support from VM. Now serving in Alberta, they are glad the vital proclamation of God's Word can continue among people who live outside population centers. Wayne and Joy are thankful for the opportunity they have to preach the Word and love the people in their community.

Village Missions exists to glorify Jesus Christ by developing spiritually vital country churches in rural North America. We fulfill this aim by placing pastors in small town and rural churches that might otherwise have to close, and in doing so, preserve the Gospel presence in over 220 communities across the United States and Canada.
