David and Serena Carr
While serving in the U.S. Air Force, David and Serena transferred to Washington State, where they started attending a Village Missions Church. Under the mentoring of Pastor Len Phillips and his wife, Marlene, David and Serena recognized the Lord's calling to full-time ministry.
After completing the Village Missions Contender's Bible School (now Contenders Discipleship Initiative), David retired from the Air Force, and David and Serena became Village Missionaries in 2004. They served in Lenwood, California for 17 years. In 2021, they moved to Philipsburg, Montana.
