Lyle and Shirley Bearss
Shirley and I have been in ministry for 25 years, serving three churches. We were looking for God's direction when we were told about Village Missions. As we learned more about this great organization and our heart for small churches, we found that this would be a good fit for us. We have been serving the Alvwood Church in northern Minnesota since April 2019, and we look forward to many years of ministry in this area.
We have been married for 39 years and have 5 grown children, 1 daughter-in-law and 3 granddaughters.
